Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern access to and use of Pviser services provided by MFATech. By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement.
- If you use Pviser for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
- Additional order forms, plan details or written agreements may apply and will control if they expressly conflict with these general terms.
Accounts and workspaces
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Protect credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
- Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for membership, roles, permissions and configuration choices.
- You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by our breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may use Pviser only in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
- Do not access or test systems without authorization, bypass security controls or interfere with service operation.
- Do not upload malicious code, unlawful material or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not use the service to harass, deceive, exploit or cause harm.
- Do not resell, copy or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.
- Do not use automated access in a way that unreasonably burdens the service or circumvents published limits.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Pviser. You grant MFATech the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display and back up that content to operate and improve the service for you.
- You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content.
- We do not use private workspace content to advertise third-party products.
- Workspace administrators may access, export or delete content according to their organization’s policies and permissions.
Plans, fees and renewals
Pviser is subscription software for projects, team communication, files and people operations. Create a Free workspace or start a Pro or Business trial through Paddle Checkout. Paid plans and billing intervals are described on our pricing page.
- Purchases through Paddle are sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes and order receipts. Its buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these service terms.
- Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions renew annually and are charged upfront for the year. The checkout shows the number of paid users, billing interval, taxes and total before payment.
- You can cancel renewal through subscription management or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; it does not itself request a refund.
Read our pricing and refund policy, and the Paddle Buyer Terms.
Our service and intellectual property
MFATech and its licensors own Pviser, including its software, interfaces, branding, documentation and related intellectual property. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized subscription or access period.
Third-party services
Pviser may connect to services provided by other companies. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we will describe material integration permissions before you connect them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Pviser reliable and secure, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, infrastructure or events beyond reasonable control. We may improve, replace or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice when a material change significantly reduces core paid functionality.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Pviser at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to non-payment or address a material breach of these terms.
- Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure a breach.
- After termination, access to workspace content may end. Export and deletion options depend on the applicable plan, agreement and retention requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
Pviser is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss where such limitations are permitted. Any specific liability cap or service commitment in an order form or written agreement takes priority.
Governing terms and disputes
The governing law and dispute forum may be specified in your order form or written agreement. If no separate agreement applies, disputes will be handled under the laws and competent courts applicable to MFATech, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect product, business or legal changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel, and the updated date will be shown above.
