Privacy Policy

How Pviser handles personal information and how to contact us about it.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, join a workspace, contact us or use Pviser. Workspace administrators may also provide account details for people they invite.

  • Account and profile details such as name, email address, language and profile image.
  • Workspace content such as projects, tasks, messages, files, comments and configuration choices.
  • Usage and device information such as browser type, IP address, activity timestamps and diagnostic events.
  • Billing and subscription information. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored directly by Pviser.

How we use information

  • Provide, maintain and secure the Pviser service.
  • Authenticate users and manage workspace access and permissions.
  • Process subscriptions, respond to requests and provide customer support.
  • Improve product performance, reliability, usability and relevant features.
  • Communicate important service, security and policy updates.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse and activity that could harm users or the service.

Workspace customers and users

Organizations using Pviser control the content placed in their workspaces and decide who can access it. When an organization provides Pviser to you, that organization may be the controller of your workspace information and its internal policies may also apply.

  • Workspace administrators can manage membership, permissions, retention settings and integrations.
  • Questions about content owned by your employer or organization should normally be directed to that organization first.

Sign-in, infrastructure and payments

If you choose Google or Microsoft sign-in, we use the account identity, name, email address and available profile image to authenticate you. Connecting an optional integration is a separate permission choice.

Cloudflare hosts this public website and the application infrastructure. Paddle processes purchases made through its checkout and handles payment information under its own privacy policy. Pviser receives the subscription and transaction details needed to manage access and billing.

Provider policies: Cloudflare, Paddle, Google and Microsoft.

Cookies and local storage

The public website saves your language choice in browser storage. The application uses session cookies for sign-in and security. These public information pages do not load advertising trackers or a payment checkout.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate the service, follow your instructions, complete a business transaction or meet legal and safety obligations.

  • Trusted infrastructure, analytics, communications and payment providers working under contractual safeguards.
  • Other workspace members according to the permissions and features selected by you or your administrator.
  • Authorities or other parties when reasonably required by law, legal process, security or the protection of rights.
  • A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes and maintain security. Retention periods depend on the type of information, workspace settings and the status of the customer relationship.

  • Account and workspace content may remain available until deleted by an authorized user or administrator.
  • Backups and security records may be retained for a limited period after deletion.
  • We may retain minimal records where required for fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance.

Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss and disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect credentials and promptly report suspicious activity.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and how Pviser is provided to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information, or object to certain processing.

  • Update available account details from your profile or ask a workspace administrator for help.
  • Contact hello@mfatech.co for privacy requests related to an account you control.
  • Contact your organization for requests involving content in an organization-managed workspace.
  • You may unsubscribe from optional marketing messages while continuing to receive essential service communications.

International data transfers

Pviser and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards intended to protect information during international transfers.

Children

Pviser is a workplace service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental or organizational authorization is required.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
